I've had my eye on this recipe since I first got this book. I finally made a half recipe for hubby and my breakfast this morning. We both loved them. I did have a bit of a problem of the potatoes sticking to the aluminum foil though and didn't flip as suggested 1/2 way through cooking. Next time I'll spray the foil.
