This is delicious -- it's great with other Indian dishes but makes an interesting side dish with other meals, too. I use only a dash of cayenne. This has wonderful flavor from the fresh spices and lemon juice. If I have leftovers (not usually that lucky!), I add a small squeeze of lemon juice to make them fresh tasting.
