Made this on this cold snowy winter night. Delicious. I didn't do my eggs in the IP since hubby and son liked theirs completely done and I don't. I didn't get mine quiet done enough but it finished cooking to my liking stirred in my hot soup. Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Ramen Soup. Author said you could use Udon Noodles instead and since I found some at my local grocery store I did.
Q & E. I only used the breast of the chicken to add back to the soup. Saved the dark meat for our doggie.
