We love this couscous! Ina comments in the cookbook that if you can boil water you can make this couscous. She's absolutely right.

And, as the cookbook name implies, this is a very easy recipe. Sautee some onion in butter, add stock, boil, add couscous, turn off the heat and wait 10 minutes and stir in the parsley and pine nuts. It doesn't get any easier than that!

My husband and I both really enjoyed this dish.

We had it with the lemon chicken breasts out of this same cookbook. It was a perfect pairing.
