Really enjoying this book so far. Winners outnumber the duds.
A great book to give one ideas for a tasty dinner. Just add bread, salad and wine.
Uses a lot of pantry staples, farro, legumes, barley. canned tomatoes etc.
Great for after work and nice enough to serve for guests.
