I love this book. Very down to earth, simple recipes. I use the White Mountain Bread and Buttermilk Honey Bread recipes all the time, especially when I want to fool around a little (such as making Cinnamon Rolls).

A good go-to bread book that doesn't overwhelm you with baking science.
