I love this cookbook- I own a LOT of cookbooks- and I find myself turning to it again and again. It has easy to make recipes with a twist. The recipes I've made turn out tasty and delicious. I've made the Bubka, the chocolate ambivalence cookies, the blueberry-blackberry honey butter glazed scones, the whole grain Halvah scones- all were delicious. Don't buy this book if you are on a diet!
