I LOVE this food blog and always read it. Carol has a great sense of humor and a easy read writing style. The things she tackles are incredible. It is SO interesting to see the techniques and ingredients that go into these recipes. I'm not sure I could do them myself but it is fascinating to watch Carol (who has way more skill and guts than me) go through them.
