Pretty good recipe. I separated my eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff, then folded them in at the end. I also doubled the sugar and added a little orange extract. read more >

Make-A-Mix

So far I have really loved everything I've cooked with it. Having the mix pre-made really cuts down on prep time too.

Pretty good. I followed the recommendation of making mini meatloafs. I froze a bunch of them so when I need a quick meal I can defrost 1 or 2 (I'm a single mom) and cook in the toaster oven. The sauce is a bit on the sweet side, but was still good. Next time I'll use a little less sugar or maybe add some tomato paste.

These are delicious! I make them like cinnamon rolls and I think they cook better that way (page 213 has instructions for rolling out cinnamon rolls). I also make a different icing for the top. I add some cream cheese, a couple spoons of orange juice concentrate, and then just enough sugar to sweeten a bit.
