One of my favorite books. A new way to cook healthy food with intense flavor. So many recipes that I use everyday. This is the book that introduced me to the technique of using ground smoked Chinese tea (Lapsang Souchong) to add intense smoky flavor to a dish without adding fat or meat. Great for vegetarian dishes where you want a nice smoked bacon flavor.
