About me: I love eating, but even more, I love cooking. Too large of a kitchen is intimidating. Squeeze me in a tight space with no counter space, poor ventilation and all of the burners and oven on and I'm in sweaty heaven! I love all of my books, from the late 1800's woodstove cookbook to the cooking with brand names cookbooks. Fancy chefs to television hosts. A cookbook isn't just a resource, it's a book to sit down and read, flip through, pretend you're hosting a huge party or an intimate meal for few and imagine what you'd make while dreaming about the day you get to make it all come true.
