Great recipe. It took me forever to figure out that malted milk is sold by Carnation in what looks like a creamer bottle in the powdered milk/hot chocolate section of my grocery store.
The recipe produced a lot of dishes (food processor work bowl, mixing bowl, electric mixer bowl, etc), but it was worth the washing up. I took the bars to a barbecue and they evaporated. I kept a few at home and my roommates and I finished those the next day. (V tasty warmed up in the microwave w ice cream, as they recommend).

Raspberry Crumb Breakfast Bars : page 130
A decent breakfast bar, but not the end-all-be-all of breakfast bars. I used mixed frozen berries and they turned out a bit soggy and hard to transport. In the future I'd use fresh berries. Also, the crumb oat crust/topping is supposed to be thin and crisp per the recipe, but it was far more coffee-cake-y than I had expected.
Overall, it was good, but I don't plan on making it again.
