About me: I like to cook, but I'm slightly limited by a tiny kitchen and a husband who is not adventurous when it comes to eating. We went vegetarian during the Summer of 2009 (see Food, Inc.). My favorite recipes are ones that allow for improvisation, however, I love to bake, too!

Another book I use all the time.
Back when I was eating meat, I cooked the Chicken and Eggplant recipe all the time.
The carrot soup recipe got me to experiment with other vegetables and spices to cook something healthy but satisfying.
Curried Lentils is one of my easy favorites.
