Baked Halibut with Tomato Caper Sauce : page 300

There's nothing terribly unique or special about how the halibut is cooked in this recipe, it was the sauce that piqued my interest. I loved it. I'll make this sauce again. It went perfectly with the halibut and I couldn't help taking spoonsful of it as it simmered. It would go nicely on pasta or mixed with some spaghetti squash or even as a dipping sauce for bread. It goes together quickly, even if you use fresh tomatoes, which I did.

Spicy South Indian Cauliflower : page 131

This dish was good. Not great but good. With all the spices in it I thought it would have more depth of flavor. Maybe I didn't take enough of the seeds out of the serranos? I removed better than half of them. I will say it is a pretty dish! But I think I prefer a good roasted cauliflower with Chinese Five Spice or drizzled with some reduced balsamic.
