Chocolate-Sunflower Seed Butter Cups : page 226
This is a super-simple yummy treat that can be made anytime with ingredients on hand. I used peanut butter instead of sunbutter because we do not have a peanut allergy. I used Enjoy Life Chocholate chips and have found that I need a bit more that what the recipe calls for. I would probably melt 2 1/2 cups of chocholate chips next time.

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies : page 211
I wasn't super impressed with these. They turned out fine...They were quite light and airy for a cookie, but didn't have great taste. They didn't taste bad, but they just weren't something that I would probably make again. If anything, they might just need a little more sugar...or perhaps I used the wrong kind of sugar. I was out of turbanado sugar so I used Rapadura and that might have affected the finished product.

Doughnut Bites : page 177
These are so good. They are made in mini-muffin tins, so they are technically a muffin. They are so easy no make and they really do taste like doughnuts. They are an excellent little treat. I like to make a triple or quadruple batch of these at once and freeze them. They thaw quickly on the counter.

Piecrust : page 93
This is the best gluten free vegan piecrust I have come across so far. I have not tried it on a two-crust pie yet (top and bottom crust), just bottom only. This crust is easy to make and it is convenient to make several of them at a time and freeze the dough balls for later use.

Pumpkin Pie : page 195
I love this pumpkin pie recipe! It is my favorite vegan pumpkin pie. It turns out great. I do find that I need to refrigerate or freeze it for a little while before serving to help it set up a little. If I don't, it still sets up but it is a little harder to serve.

Sunflower Seed Butter Cookies : page 212
These cookies taste great and are just perfect as far as sweetner goes. They turned out quite thin and crispy for me, which I love. I added the chocolate chips like the author suggest on pg. 213. I send one of these with my son in his lunchbox frequently because I feel that they do have some nutritional value...for a cookie. I substituted peanut butter for the sunbutter because we don't have a peanut allergy.
