Delicious, moist meatballs, match well with the tomato sauce in the book. Because of the slightly sausage-y, fennel taste, I think these are particularly suited to meatball sandwiches.

Classic Tomato Sauce : page 56
Really good. Very classic taste and a great match with the classic beef meatballs in this book.
Note: I used an immersion blender to smooth the sauce out at the end.
