Very good chocolate cookie.I used special dark cocoa powder so they were very dark.These stayed nice and chewy,as the recipe states don't over bake.

Great minestrone.I used cannellini beans,smoked paprika instead of bacon and spinach instead of kale.Freezes just swell.
