Excellent recipe for a dinner party. You can be creative with the caramel drizzles and they look impressive! I find that 3/4 of the recipe baked in a 15"x10" jelly roll pan is sufficient for 8 people. I also make this for 4 people by using 1/2 this amount. In order to use only half the pan I place an inverted mini muffin tray on it and proceed as before.
