Easy to make with the country style pastry though I needed 1/2 cup of liquid to make the pastry not 1/4 cup as in the recipe. Could be served from the pan for family, but looks better when transfered to large serving plate.

Fresh Blueberry Tart : page 94
Excellent when blueberries are in season.
In winter I use 3 cups of frozen blueberries for the cooked filling, reduce the amount of sugar to 3/4 cup and bake for additional 30 mins or until bubbly.
