Popover Pizza Casserole from Betty Crocker

We enjoyed this, it gets a smiley face. Filling, but could use a can of mushrooms or something thrown in. read more >

Blueberry Banana Bread : page 24

Amazing. I make this A to Z Bread and this one rose higher PLUS didn't have any added oil. I think I can use this base recipe and add 2 cups of A to Z ingredients (apples to Zucchini) and get results. In fact, I have 1 banana left over so I'll probably do this again just to see, but using applesauce to supplement the banana and cranberries for blue. So soft and fluffy and really, really good.

Editing: After eating the loaf, I realized this needs cinnamon, so I'll add that next time. I'll leave it at it's 5* rating. Recipe can be found here also: https://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/blueberry-banana-bread/96c37e01-6aad-42a5-9907-2117e388209b

Cinnamon Raisin Scone Sticks : page 16

Also just ok - more like an American biscuit than a scone. I had to eat them all myself because my husband is trying to clean out the fridge.

Monte Cristo Delights : page 34

Super easy and I was somewhat surprised it worked, even though the picture said it would. Now, I used Heart Smart Bisquick and almond milk instead of milk, because I am an idiot and forgot to buy milk. Result was a little thinner on the bread, but it was tasty. I also used cranberry sauce, which you can hardly taste, instead of the preserves and was suggested as a variation. Very satisfying. Served with baby carrots and some Boulder Sea Salt and Black Pepper potato chips (the best chips, ever, hands down. I am not a potato chip person!). Will make this again. It gets a smiley face.

I did not use powdered sugar on top.
