Fresh Fruit Medley : page 82
Very simple recipe of fresh fruit tossed with Cool Whip and lemon peel. Would never have thought to do so. My nectarines weren't ripe enough. The pineapple was marvelous and I often find it too sweet (probably because most of it is canned). Needs another orange, I think. The proportions are off, but it was a fresh and healthier alternative to ice cream for dessert.
