Not necessarily for your total beginner, these recipes can have a lot of ingredients/steps. But they taste great! This book houses one of my most favorite meals ever! Also, the beginning of the book has a nice long section on all sorts of details about every food group/type, what their health benefits are, etc. Incredibly informative.
