About me: I love to read and to cook and bake. I don't like housework though! I am a Midwestern girl so I am a big fan of chicken and beef and not a huge fan of fish and other sea animals. The exception is shrimp-which I will eat but not cook. I love to bake and try to be as fearless as possible in the kitchen. After all, the worst that's going to happen is you scrap the ruins into the garbage and sit down with some Hagan Dazs Coffee Ice Cream :)

I liked this Italian meal a lot. Quick and easy, this was a great way to use cheese raviolis in a way the hubby would eat them (he prefers meat raviolis!).

Corn in spaghetti is what got me and my husband couldn't put his finger on what it was that he didn't like. Just not crazy about this one.
