I found this recipe while searching for how to make and what to make with spaghetti squash. I was very skeptical as it seemed too easy. This was phenomenal. I made only a couple of changes, one to make this faster and the other to spice it up a bit.
1) I use pre-made frozen turkey meatballs
2) I add red chili flakes to the sauce because I like spicier foods.
This is easy, wonderful, refreshing, and filling all at the same time. It's a new family favorite.
