Pan-Fried Cheese with Potatoes and Fenugreek from 660 Curries

Very yummy and satisfying. The first time it came out too spicy and salty. The second time I cut the cayenne and salt in half. I think in the future I will add a little bit more salt. read more >

Barely a recipe, just a classic done right. The crispy apple balances well with the creamy cheese. Try any cheese or fruit you have in the kitchen and see what happens (I love it with pears and blue cheese)!
