It was wonderful - all the ingredients I often cook with, but the cooking chemistry made them taste so... French
and so different from my usual use of these veggies.

Yummy potatoes - I didn't have thyme so I just used bayleaves - and it ended up looking precisely like the picture!!!
I cooked them at a higher temp than the recipe called for
