Food grinder recipes?

My wife (who is both awesome and patient) got me the food grinder attachment for our KitchenAid mixer as a Christmas present. So now, it's time to be done talking... any good sources for sausage or sausage-like recipes?
If nothing else, the quality of my chili ought to go up, since I'll always be able to get coarse-ground beef. -
I think you will be able to make really good burgers, too, if you are into that sort of thing. I have previously wanted that grinder attachment - will let you know if I can remember why... lol...
