A great low fat salad, especially without the peanuts. Very tasty chicken salad with no mayo or any other dairy product. I don't know the page number since I found it on-line but I put the link below.

This was VERY easy to make and very good. It had a lot of sauce I think you would easily double the gnocchi without changing the sauce.
