We ate this as a main dish. Husband, daughter and I all enjoy pimento cheese. We also like trying different mac and cheese dishes. This one was very flavorful. We were a little leery when we saw how much paprika was used but it was perfect.

I used rotini since I couldn't find cavatappi pasta.
