Meh. Probably my own fault. I wanted to use a shortcut and use store-bought roasted peppers in vinegar. Unfortunately, they were so soft they kind of disolved between my fingers. Might they have been too old? In any case, I didn't have fresh peppers at hand so I opened a jar of mild peppadews and used just a few of them. Still their taste completely overpowered the broad beans, and even the broccoli too. If I make this again I will definitely use fresh roasted peppers. If.
