Delicious, and quite straightforward to make. I'm not experienced with scratch-made cakes in any way, but I was able to come up with something that looks and tastes exactly like I imagined. Keeps in the fridge for a good while; it's about a week later at this point and still going strong (though a little more dense than it started). Highly recommended.
