Excellent, easy and flavorful, vegetarian broth. Good basis for soup. I used again this Thanksgiving as the basis for gravy for vegetarian guests. The house smells of garlic as the broth is cooking, but the broth doesn't taste strongly of it.

Sounds delicious. I love garlic but other members of my family don't like the smell when I cook with it.
