These are so good. Mind didn't look as pretty as the ones pictured in the book but who cares since they were fantastic. I used the suggested Cream Cheese Pie dough from page 30 for wrapping my apples. Using a tent of foil during the last 15 minutes was a great suggestion. I did forget to make a prick or two in the tops of the dumplings so some of mine burst a bit but still yummy! I used Rome apples which was one of the suggested varieties to use.
