Recipe Reviews

We really enjoyed this one. Lots of fruity flavor from the OJ, pineapple, apples and coconut. Not overly sweet with the addition of 1/4 cup sugar. Love the way the grated apples soak up the lots of pulp orange juice. I'll be making this one again. Easy to put together and place in the fridge to soak up that juice. Nice light dessert for after a meal or for a snack which is how we ate ours. The author suggests golden delicious apples but says to use any favorite sweet apple. I used some my cousin gave me not sure of the kind.
