Don't let the Roasted Beet in the title fool you into thinking this was healthy! Loads of chocolate and butter, eggs, and just a touch of rice flour, made these a sinfully delicious gluten-free dessert. This made a nice special occasion (Valentine's day) dessert.

Although it took a while to grind up the beets and melt the chocolate, these come together fairly quickly and they only bake for 10 minutes.
