This recipe is very easy to make and makes one cake. I doubled the recipe for hubby and I and we both loved it. He couldn't figure out how I got chocolate pudding in the middle and was surprised when I told him it wasn't pudding and how I had made it. He couldn't believe it had on a tablespoon of flour in each cake. Do be careful not to overbake since you want the chocolate oozing out a bit.
