This was a delicious and moist brownie that would be good even without frosting. Since I didn't have Ovaltine powder for the frosting called for in this brownie recipe I made the Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting from page139. In the brownie recipe it only calls for a half recipe of Buttercream frosting to spread on the brownies so I made a half recipe of the cream cheese frosting and it was perfect for the brownies.

I like that this recipe uses both chocolate chips and cocoa powder for a double chocolate fix. I'll be making this one again when we have a craving for brownies.
