This is a really good chicken pie. At first I though there was going to be way to much juice after cooking the chicken and veggies and before adding the biscuits but it cooked up great and the juices were delicious. I did substitute onion instead of celery since I didn't have celery and hubby and son don't care for it anyway. I used boneless chicken instead of bone in which I thought made it much easier to eat.
