Delicious result, but a lot of work - for me about double the time given in the recipe. I was cooking for one, so I made the entire batch of sauce and saved it (as suggested in the recipe), then did individual chicken breasts for each meal. A personal favorite was the limes, I'd probably weight it more heavily toward them in the future.
