This was a really good recipe. I think the key to this recipe as it states is the Hoisin sauce. I did not use a high quality Hoisin sauce and the flavor was maybe just a little strong and a bit off. Since the hoisin sauce is the main flavoring I think I should have made the effort to buy a better quality sauce. I will make it again.
