This is the best pork roast I've ever eaten. Even my daughter who doesn't care that much for pork roasts fell in love with this one. It was so moist, tender and mouth watering delicious. This recipe takes time for basting with a mixture of butter, pepper, garlic, thyme and apple cider vinegar ever 10 minutes during the 50 minute cooking time but it's so worth it. I know I'll make this one again.
