This was great and I didn't even miss the oats. I think next time I will decrease the coconut nectar and perhaps add more apple. I did not grate my apples I simple threw them in the food processor until they were shredded.
I soaked and dried all my nuts/seeds and the buckwheat groats before hand - if you do this the recipe becomes a 2 day process.
