These squares never 'set'. The taste was delish but the lemon part was just soupy and dripped immediately off the cookie base when we cut into the pan. Any reccommendations?

Hmmmm, I'm not sure why that would happen. The cornstarch should help the filling thicken. Mine set very well when I made them so I'm not sure what to tell you.
