We enjoyed this one. It was beautifully browned when I took it out of the oven. I let it cool a bit while the rest of our supper finished up. When I dipped into it to serve it on our plates I was shocked at how the sauce resembled scrambled eggs and was afraid of how it would taste. I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted nothing like it looked. It was good but not really that cheesy. I could have taken a bit more cheese in fact and less egg for appearance sake. I think when I make this one again I'll just use one egg and a little more cheese. My eggs were jumbo eggs instead of large so maybe that made a difference.
