My package of chicken had 12 drumsticks and, knowing most recipes like this will yield way more sauce than chicken, I just shoved all 12 in the pan (recipe calls for 8). Perhaps, a mistake, as the chicken was only lightly flavored. I don't know if more sauce would have "seeped into" the drumsticks, but the recipe was simple enough. May try again.

Definitely not the "tandoori chicken" you get at restaurants, no no no, though.
