The only thing that could improve these would be a crisp crust, but I have not had much luck achieving this with any almond flour based recipe. Otherwise this is a delicious reprieve for the low carb dieter. I did add vanilla to the crust and baked in an 8 inch square metal pan (and made a tiny bar separately with the excess).
