These are fantastic! Crisp edges with chewy centers that give way to shards of halva, bits of dark chocolate and a little walnut crunch. This recipe is a bit fussy with browning the butter, allowing it to cool to creamy, then adding more butter to come to the required weight (I was a little short) - but worth it! Mine took 12 minutes at 355.
