Mexican Rice Pudding

This was a very good rice pudding. I haven't made rice pudding with short grain rice in a while and this reminded me that it can make a more dense pudding which I do not mind. This was not too sweet but I did not use the optional raisins. Topped with cinnamon and tiny pinch of nutmeg.
