The Apricot, pear, and Apple chutney from page 46 used on this sandwich with cream cheese was simple but oh so tasty.

My daughter made this and gave me a small jar. It was delicious and I know we can find many uses for it. She substituted cranberries for the apricots in one of the variations in the recipe. I had some on the Cream cheese and chutney tramezzini from page...
