This was so good. I roasted the tomatoes on Sunday and put in fridge. When got home from work on Monday I reheated a bit in the microwave the proceeded with the recipe.

Family enjoyed these. I used pancetta in this and it was delicious. Didn't have any white wine so I used the option of water.
